Donauwalzer

The film follows Judith, an Austrian woman, and her Hungarian friend, Taddek, as they attempt to flee to Austria during the tumultuous period of the Hungarian Revolution in 1956. They are aided by a Viennese photographer who helps orchestrate their escape. However, when Taddek fails to show up at the designated meeting point, Judith and the photographer leave without him, leading to years of uncertainty about Taddek's fate.
