Don't Look Down is one of those TV movies that slips under the radar but has its eerie charm. The atmosphere is thick with tension, especially as Carla grapples with her intense acrophobia. There's a raw realism in the practical effects that heighten the sense of dread. The pacing is a bit uneven at times, but it wraps you into its psychological horror. Dr. Sadowski, played with a sort of unsettling charisma, really pushes the boundaries of therapy, and you can feel the unease grow as accidents start piling up. It’s interesting how it plays with the theme of facing fears and the potential dangers that come with it. Not your run-of-the-mill horror, it’s more psychological with a creepy undertone that lingers.
