Drums of the Desert

In Drums of the Desert, Paul Dumont embarks on a journey to serve as a special adviser for the new parachute troops of the French Foreign Legion in Morocco. Along the way, he encounters Helene, a woman whose engagement to his best friend Raoul complicates their burgeoning romance.
