Echoes from the Dead

The film follows Julia, whose six-year-old son Jens goes missing on a foggy day. After twenty years, an unexpected discovery—a shoe belonging to Jens—sparks a renewed hope in Julia to find her son or uncover the truth behind his disappearance.

Set against a backdrop of a mysterious island and intertwined with local legends, Julia's journey leads her to investigate the past of Nils Kant, a long-dead murderer. As she seeks answers, she is joined by Lennart, a local police inspector with his own dark history, complicating her quest for closure.
