Egg Nogg

The story follows Catherine Solska, who returns to her village after her entrance exams to the faculty of pedagogy. Unbeknownst to her family, she begins preparations for an engagement with a wealthy neighbor, Kolasa. Catherine struggles against her parents' wishes and faces a series of misunderstandings that lead her to believe she has failed to get into college.
