El gordo catástrofe

The story follows Catrasca, a restaurant worker who also aids a children's home. His life is complicated by a family tradition that brings disaster wherever he goes, affecting those around him, including his boss who ends up in the hospital due to one of Catrasca's blunders.

In a twist of fate, Catrasca is run over by Graciela, the daughter of Professor Galíndez. This encounter leads him to a professor with a formula that promises to save humanity, drawing the attention of villains like Dr. Linda Winters. The film showcases the comedic turmoil that ensues from Catrasca's misadventures and the ensuing conflicts with those who wish to exploit the professor's discovery.
