El Rincón de los Inocentes

The story follows Pedro's father after his son is murdered by the military. His attempt to seek justice fails, but he finds unexpected support from two members of the Sendero Luminoso terrorist group. Despite rejecting their offer to join, the father's fate takes a dark turn when the intelligence service mistakenly assumes his involvement and makes him disappear.

As his wife and son embark on a desperate search for him, they encounter obstacles at various police stations and military barracks. Their pleas for help from the bishop of the city are met with indifference, as he defends the military's actions in the face of terrorism.
