The film follows four sorceresses from the Fairy Patrol — Varya, Snezhka, Alyonka, and Masha — as they embark on a new investigation. Their mission revolves around a stolen electric guitar, which has been taken from a group of brutal dwarf rockers. As the plot unfolds, the forest elves become prime suspects in the case. However, the investigation takes an unexpected twist when a powerful third force enters the fray.
