Family

"Family" is one of the contributions to the "Spaces #3" initiative, which brings together seven internationally acclaimed directors. The project was commissioned by the Thessaloniki International Film Festival and encourages filmmakers to reflect on their immediate surroundings during times of confinement.

In this short film, Mitevska explores the concept of family and personal space. The film utilizes the environment, people, and animals within the confines of the home, making a poignant statement on the realities of life during quarantine. The outdoor areas permitted for filming include terraces, gardens, balconies, and stairwells, further emphasizing the themes of confinement and connection within limited spaces.
