So, 'Fly, Daddy, Fly' is quite a ride. It weaves this gritty narrative about a father, JANG Ga-pil, who's pushed to his limits after a horrific event involving his daughter. The pacing has this raw intensity, especially as he transitions from a meek businessman to a vengeful figure. Choi Jong-tae does a solid job capturing that emotional turmoil, and you can feel the societal pressures weighing down on Ga-pil. The fight sequences are pretty compelling, too; they don't shy away from the brutality or the consequences of violence. It gives you this distinct vibe of desperation and moral ambiguity that lingers after the credits roll. It's an interesting exploration of a father's love and the darker sides of justice.
