Foundling

The narrative centers on two sisters who discover an infant left in the forest. Unable to locate the child's mother, they decide to adopt him and name him Aleksander (Leksej). The film explores themes of family, music, and perseverance as Aleksander becomes enchanted by a traveling violinist named Jakob.

As Aleksander learns the art of music from Jakob, he inherits the violin after Jakob's passing. Despite the challenges of shepherd life and jealousy from others, he is determined to nurture his musical talent.
