The film follows businessman Kurowski as he sends his employees, Leon and Chwastek, to find his stolen Mercedes. The car’s journey leads to a used-car lot owned by Magda, who is in dire need of cash. She advertises a trip to Paris, attracting a diverse group of passengers including Stefan, his son Janek, African student Machu, and Armenian émigré Sergei.
