Gaming X Symphony

Gaming X Symphony highlights the intersection of video game music and orchestral performance. At DR Koncerthuset, a 150-member orchestra and choir perform vivid soundscapes inspired by iconic games like The Legend of Zelda and League of Legends.

Under the direction of James Sherlock, this musical adaptation includes special guest Eivør Pálsdóttir, who brings her Nordic voice to the song "Legends Never Die." The concert features rising Danish soloists Isabel Schwartzbach and Adam Riis, adding to the rich musical experience.

With a runtime of 70 minutes, the concert promises stirring and cinematic interpretations of game music, appealing to both gamers and classical music enthusiasts. It presents a fresh way to appreciate the emotional and storytelling aspects of video game soundtracks.
