The film follows Cassie, the last member of the original Gang of Roses, as she finds herself in a Mexican jail. Holding crucial information about a US military safe, her fate takes a turn when she meets Collette, a young gambler with her own agenda. As the story unfolds, Cassie's allies, Kate, Candi, and Mimi, devise a plan for a robbery that leads them to the town of San Juevo. However, they must contend with Lee and his band of bandits who are intent on stopping them.
