Gattan Gattan Soredemo Go

The film follows Ito Kana, who returns to her hometown of Okuhida after her mother's death. Despite her traumatic childhood memories associated with the town, Kana's perspective begins to shift when she reconnects with her past and encounters old friends. Morita Shinichi, her former classmate, is also grappling with his own discontent, resigned to a life he did not choose.

As Kana and Shinichi interact with local resident Kotani Yoshio, they are introduced to the unique treasures of Okuhida, including its mines and rail tracks. This connection to the locale encourages both characters to reflect on their lives and aspirations. The film presents an exploration of how memories and connections can reshape one's view of the past and offer new hope for the future.
