Ghosts

The film revolves around the intricate dynamics of a small town butcher shop, where drug dealer Li Buyun, rogue Liu Tianyuan, and soldier gangster Pan Qishan interact with a cast of villains under the command of the Japanese commander Yamamoto. They are embroiled in a scheme to establish a traitor organization, all while contending with the challenges of fighting for dwindling resources like oil and water.

As tensions rise, police chief Yang Kecheng is tasked with enforcing control, but his role proves to be largely ineffective. The plot thickens when Liu Tianyuan and Pan Qishan secure a batch of arms intended for a buyer outside the city, only for Li Buyun to discover their plan. The story escalates into a violent confrontation as Pan Qishan learns that the buyer is actually a guerrilla group, leading to explosive consequences as the villains face a deadly ambush.
