The story centers on Captain Das, a former wrestler who finds himself at odds with the village youth, who prefer cricket over wrestling. His son Anjaneya, caught between the two worlds, is sent to college in Punjab where he encounters Aditi, a fellow wrestler. Their journey takes them back to Anjaneya's village, creating a bridge between the old and new.
