Gunga Jumna

The story follows Govindi, a widow living in poverty with her two sons, Gungaram and Jumna. While Jumna is academically inclined, Gungaram struggles but possesses a good heart, striving to support his brother's education. After a tragic turn of events leads to Govindi's death, Gungaram ends up working for Hariram, the man who wronged their mother.

As Jumna pursues his studies and becomes a police officer, he returns to Haripur for his first assignment, where he must confront Gungaram, who has transformed into the leader of a notorious gang. This conflict between brothers highlights the stark contrast in their paths and raises questions about loyalty, morality, and the impact of their upbringing.
