Hakim's Odyssey

The film follows Hakim, a young Syrian nurseryman whose life is disrupted by civil war. As he flees through the Middle East, his journey emphasizes resilience and hope amidst adversity. Along the way, he meets Najmeh, another exile, and they share a powerful bond that brings forth the birth of their son, Hadi.

Hakim's attempts to build a new life lead him to various jobs, including pastry chef and tour guide. However, the harsh realities of being a refugee, such as xenophobia and uncertainty, complicate his journey. As Najmeh reaches France, Hakim faces yet another challenge and decides to risk everything to join her, illustrating the desperate lengths one will go to for family and a chance at a better future.
