Hamburg Altona

Hamburg Altona follows the journey of three prisoners: Combe, Menso, and Bogart, each with their own story that unfolds after their escape. Combe seeks revenge on a former accomplice in Rijeka, while Menso navigates his family life in a small Bosnian village. Bogart's narrative brings a romantic angle as he connects with a young teacher in Belgrade.

As their paths diverge, they agree to regroup at the train station in Zagreb. However, their plans take a turn when Bogart learns of their capture through the newspaper, leading him to alter his course at the last minute. The film portrays themes of aspiration and struggle, encapsulating the hope of reaching a dream destination despite the obstacles faced along the way.
