Hanayome

The story centers around Chiyo, a 59-year-old mother of four who is facing the loss of her home. After her eldest son offers her a place to stay, tensions arise when she decides to become a live-in housekeeper for his family. Her decision causes disappointment among her children, especially when her eldest daughter announces that Chiyo has received a marriage proposal from a widower named Kurosaki.
