Happy Birthday

The story follows a plant director who gathers young workers, hoping to foster a productive environment. However, the initial experiment fails as the youth workshop struggles to form a cohesive unit. Young engineer Sergey leads the shop and realizes that collaboration among the youth is essential for success.

As Sergey implements his plan to unite the young workers, he faces challenges, particularly with Lisa Gromova, the daughter of the plant's director. With the help of Tsybulkin and Director Gromov, the team works to re-educate Lisa and instill a sense of responsibility. The film offers a comedic take on the complexities of youth dynamics and workplace management during the 1960s.
