Happy Partner

The film follows Yin, who lives with his uncle, a compulsive gambler in deep debt. Both men are in love with May, and Yin finds himself working as a chauffeur for the dubious Mr. Tanakawa, who is involved in selling stolen missile guidance systems. Complicating matters are two young thieves who seem to have insider knowledge of Tanakawa's operations.

As the plot unfolds, a ghost seeking revenge for her murder 40 years earlier seeks help from an apprentice Taoist priest. This unlikely team, including Yin and the ghost, must rescue the kidnapped May while contending with Tanakawa's armed forces and magical threats. Happy Partner combines action, comedy, and crime with a unique supernatural twist, making it an interesting watch for fans of Hong Kong cinema and martial arts films.
