Harold and the Ghosts

Set against the backdrop of a dilapidated castle, Harold Mortimer is in dire need of money for renovations. With a dwindling number of tourists due to the absence of ghosts, Harold finds himself in a predicament. The ghosts, who used to help attract visitors, have gone away because the whisky cellar is empty. This leads to a cycle of despair: no ghosts means no tourists, which results in no funds for renovations.

In his frustration, Harold decides to banish the ghosts back to their graves, but his plans take a turn when he meets Paolo, the cemetery gardener. Their friendship blossoms as they hatch a plan to escape to Spain together. Paolo's boat offers a glimmer of hope, and with the help of an enchanted fairy, they embark on a whimsical journey. The film's blend of animation and comedy, along with its engaging storyline, makes it a noteworthy title for fans of the genre.
