Headnoise

This film centers on a group of inmates led by Keber as they persuade prison authorities to allow them to watch a televised Olympic basketball game. The event quickly escalates as taunting guards provoke a riot, leading to a period of chaotic freedom for the prisoners. During this time, Keber collaborates with the intellectual Mrak to establish a system of self-government among the inmates, aiming to enact reforms within the prison system.
