The film follows Inkwon and Bojung as they navigate the complexities of a medical emergency during their outing. When Bojung experiences a troubling medical issue, the couple seeks help, leading to a series of tense situations involving family and hospital staff. The story unfolds with Bojung's mother, Gilja, becoming entangled in a conflict at work while trying to support her daughter.

As the plot develops, Inkwon faces additional complications when he loses his wallet at the hospital, prompting him to investigate the hospital's CCTV system. Tensions rise as Gilja’s confrontation with her supervisor adds another layer of stress to an already fraught situation. The film ultimately leads to a heart-wrenching conclusion as Bojung faces the reality of her miscarriage, emphasizing themes of loss and resilience in the face of adversity.
