Himalaya (2024) is an intriguing addition to the horror genre. Directed by Brandon Walker, it dives deep into the unsettling atmosphere of a live supernatural investigation. The film really nails that creeping tension and dread, taking its time to build up the suspense. I found the pacing quite effective, letting the audience sit with the characters’ fears. The Snow Ghost, a creature that lurks in the Himalayan shadows, is a fantastic example of practical effects done right—there's something raw and visceral about it that CGI just can't replicate. Performances are solid across the board, especially the lead, who really captures the escalating terror. Overall, it’s distinctive for its blend of folklore and modern technology, creating a chilling experience.
