The film centers on Sultan, a generous man forced into the world of gangsters. He trains Damodar to follow in his footsteps, but Damodar ultimately becomes a ruthless figure, terrorizing the innocent and abusing his power.

After befriending Inspector Rajeshwar, Sultan surrenders to the police and serves a decade in prison. Upon his release, he discovers that Damodar has fully taken over the underworld, showing no respect for Sultan's past influence.
