The film is structured around several apartment stories, each exploring grotesque and dark themes. In one segment, three brothers engage in cannibalistic practices, while another depicts a man who tortures a doll but eventually turns to real women.

Further narratives include a painter who uses blood to create art, and a woman whose quest for excitement leads her to interact with insects. A self-destructive necromancer is also highlighted, who maintains a mummified corpse for her own pleasures. Each apartment showcases a different, twisted perspective on human desires and the extremes of obsession.
