The story follows Pantelis, a building contractor, who learns that the mother of his adopted daughter, Julia, has been released from prison. In Aegina, they encounter Roi, Julia's mother, who is an orphan working at a local taverna. The film delves into Agis's passionate love for Roi and the consequences of his departure from the island, leaving her unaware of her pregnancy.
