I.D.

The film centers on Charu and her friends, who share a rented apartment in a high-rise building in Mumbai. Each character comes from different parts of India, highlighting the diversity of backgrounds and aspirations among young adults in the city. The story takes a turn when a laborer, called to paint a wall in their apartment, unexpectedly collapses, setting off a chain of events that forces the characters to confront their realities.

Directed by Collective Phase One, I.D. presents a gritty yet poignant portrayal of youth and the complexities of urban life. The film features performances by Geetanjali Thapa, Murari Kumar, Shashi Sharma, and Bachan Pachera, bringing depth to the narrative and its themes of identity and belonging.
