Ispansi (¡Españoles!)

Set shortly after the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War, Ispansi tells the story of 3,000 children sent to Russia to escape domestic bombings. The narrative follows Beatriz, a young woman from a wealthy family, who disguises herself to join the group of children being evacuated. Her decision stems from a desperate need to protect her child, as well as the chaos surrounding her life.
