Jaari

The film centers around Namsang and Hangma, a married couple from the Limbu community. After a dispute, Hangma decides to leave Namsang, returning a sacred coin known as the Yuparung. She subsequently marries another man, leading to a complex situation surrounding the jaari, which Namsang's family claims.

As the plot unfolds, Hangma's family refuses to pay the jaari, resulting in her being forced into a position of servitude in Namsang's household until the debt is settled.
