Jet Set

Set in the working-class suburb of Montreuil, "Jet Set" tells the story of Jimmy, whose restaurant, the Bombay Bar, faces closure due to financial troubles. As he grapples with impending fatherhood, Jimmy and his partner Fifi find inspiration in a television show about the rich and famous. They devise a plan to attract high-profile patrons by convincing their friend Mike to pose as a nobleman.

Mike's foray into the world of the wealthy leads to unexpected consequences, as he becomes enamored with the lifestyle he pretends to lead. The film features a strong ensemble cast, including Samuel Le Bihan and Lambert Wilson, who contribute to the comedic and often absurd situations that arise from the characters' misguided ambitions. As the plot unfolds, Jimmy is left to deal with the fallout from Mike's deception and the impact it has on their lives.
