The story follows Elisa and Eric, two siblings who transform their apartment into a photo studio while living on the outskirts of the city. Their lives are mostly isolated from the outside world, sustained only by a close friendship with Jacques, who also struggles with social connections. As they seek to reach out beyond their enclosed existence, they encounter Mrs. Jean, a friend of their late mother, who introduces Elisa to singing lessons.
