Julur: Mas-Wrestling

The film follows Dzhulur, who returns to his village in Yakutia after serving in the army. Living with his grandmother and sister, his life takes a turn when he discovers his talent for mas-wrestling during the Ysyakh celebration. However, tragedy strikes with the death of his grandmother, leading to the separation from his sister and the loss of their home.

In a desperate search to reunite with his sister Kyunnei and secure a stable life, Dzhulur heads to Yakutsk for the largest mas-wrestling championship in the Republic. This journey presents numerous challenges, testing his resolve and determination. The narrative encapsulates the struggles faced by those trying to navigate personal loss and societal obstacles.
