Kalevala – Uusi aika

Set in the mythical land of Kalevala, the story follows Väinämöinen and his allies as they protect the Sampo machine from Louhi, the queen of Pohjola, and Viking invaders. The film merges ancient folklore with a present-day narrative, as an international corporation, led by chairman Kurt Dudler, plans to launch a virtual service that could impact the human mind. Sampo Väinölä, the new CEO, stands against this venture, awakening to the struggles between the ancient powers of Kalevala and Pohjola.
