Kalipso

The story follows Henryk Roszponka, a thirty-year-old bricklayer, and his young helper known as Toddler. After waking up with a heavy hangover, they miss Grandma Stangreciak's funeral. When they finally arrive at the cemetery, the ceremony has already concluded.

In a surprising twist, they stumble upon the abandoned grave of Staszek Swan, a friend and mentor to Henryk. Driven by a sense of obligation, Henryk decides to care for the neglected grave, despite facing challenges due to his financial situation. The film navigates the complexities of friendship and the weight of unfulfilled debts, set against a backdrop of humor and drama.
