Karma

The story follows Man-seok, a servant deeply in love with Jin-sa's daughter, Seon-rye. On the day of her wedding, they flee to the mountains together, seeking a new life. However, as the 6.25 War breaks out, their paths diverge, leading to heart-wrenching choices and sacrifices.

Man-seok's journey continues after he enlists, believing he has left Seon-rye behind. He carries a flower thread grown from love and sincerity for 15 years, symbolizing his enduring devotion. Yet, both Seon-rye and their daughter Kkot-sil betray him by leaving for the city in search of love. The film captures Man-seok's desperate quest to find them, illustrating the complexities of family and affection.
