Kaule

The story follows eleven-year-old Kaule, who lives with his aunt in the village of Hinrichsfelde, located in Mecklenburg. Kaule is a clever and energetic boy who is always devising plans to assist those around him. However, his good intentions often lead to unexpected complications, making it difficult for others to appreciate his efforts.

As the narrative unfolds, Kaule's life takes a turn when he meets Karola, a new girl in the village.
