The film consists of four segments, each directed by a different filmmaker. In "Kiriko," the spirit of a murdered assassin seeks vengeance against the gang that took her life and that of her sister. "The Children’s Samurai" presents an educational narrative about a modern grade-school samurai confronting bullies.

"The Firing Range" juxtaposes the weapons of different eras, where a Meiji Era soldier's rifle faces off against a modern police officer's pistol, transforming them into potent symbols of their times. Lastly, "Assault Girl 2" depicts a duel between two guardian angels set in a wheat field, adding a supernatural element to the collection.
