Killer Pad

The story centers on three friends who travel from Illinois to Los Angeles in search of a good time. They are led to a house in the Hollywood Hills by a sleazy real-estate agent, unaware that it's haunted. Their arrival coincides with warnings from a Spanish-speaking local about the house's demonic nature, which they dismiss.

As they settle in, the friends plan a party, not knowing the true danger lurking within. The plot thickens with the introduction of Lucy, their attractive neighbor, and an old friend studying to be a priest.
