Kizhakku Karai

The film centers on the friendship between Sekhar and Murali, portrayed by Chandrasekhar and Prabhu, respectively. After Murali sacrifices his job to support Sekhar's career as a custom officer, he returns to his village where his cousin Mahalakshmi, played by Khushboo, falls in love with him. The plot thickens as Murali discovers his father's long-term involvement with a smuggler named Daaha.

As the story unfolds, Murali learns about his father's dangerous profession and urges him to quit. However, tragedy strikes when Daaha kills Ranganathan, Murali's father. In a quest for revenge, Murali takes a dark turn and becomes a smuggler himself. This transformation highlights the film's exploration of loyalty, sacrifice, and the consequences of one's choices.
