Kodrat

The film centers on Kodrat, who is devastated by the death of his friend Solikhin at the hands of the police. Both men share a background of poverty, having grown up in an orphanage where they vowed to contribute to its welfare through their illicit earnings. After Solikhin's murder, Kodrat faces a moral dilemma when ordered to kill Solikhin's girlfriend, Susy. Instead of following through, he chooses to protect her and return to the orphanage to donate his belongings.

As the narrative unfolds, Kodrat's struggle leads him to uncover dark truths about his past, including the identity of Solikhin's killer, Sofyan. The film builds toward a tense climax, where the efforts of the orphanage's patron to intervene end in tragedy.
