However, their excitement quickly fades when the Consumer Council intervenes, banning the product due to its provocative marketing. This backdrop sets the stage for a comedic exploration of ambition and regulation in the cosmetics industry.

As the plot unfolds, a mysterious woman named Lucy Ferner travels to Oslo representing a Hong Kong group interested in establishing energy-consuming cosmetics industries.
