KYOTO BLACK 4: Red Woman

In KYOTO BLACK 4: Red Woman, Saki Nishijima, portrayed by Sayaka Fujimoto, is an employee at Ōsaki Trading who faces workplace harassment and contemplates a job change. Instead of finding a better situation, she is misled by her boyfriend and forced into the sex industry. As Saki hits rock bottom, she meets Gensai, a leader of the religious group Daijōsai, who exploits her vulnerability.

Under Gensai's influence, Saki rises to prominence as Gion's top hostess, unaware of his true nature as a con artist. Meanwhile, investigators Oda, Suzuki, and Kanayama work to uncover the links between Daijōsai and the criminal organization Ashikaga-kai. Unbeknownst to them, Suzuki's growing attraction to Saki places him in jeopardy, complicating their pursuit of the truth. This film explores themes of manipulation, ambition, and the consequences of trusting the wrong people.
