La Petite Fadette

La Petite Fadette tells the story of identical twins, Landry and Sylvinet, who are torn apart at the age of fourteen. With their family's vineyard ruined by phylloxera, Sylvain is sent to work on a neighboring farm, where he begins to recover from the shock of their separation. In contrast, Sylvinet struggles to cope, leading to a misunderstanding that causes him to flee into the forest.

As Landry embarks on a quest to find his missing brother, he encounters Fadette, a wild girl living with her grandmother in the woods. Their unexpected friendship develops as Landry navigates the complexities of family and the impact of their separation.
