La Terza Volta

Set in Matera in 1943, La Terza Volta follows the story of Nichi, a wounded partisan returning to her brigade’s hideout. Her primary concern is her husband, who is a prisoner of the German army. Upon her arrival, she discovers the hideout deserted except for a young courier and a civilian woman in urgent need of assistance to leave the city by nightfall.
