La venganza de Don Mendo

The film follows Don Mendo, the Marquess of Cabra, who is a gallant knight and skilled mandoline player. His misadventures begin when he loses his honor during a card game and faces dire consequences for being caught in the room of his beloved Magdalena. In a bid to protect her reputation, he concocts a story about climbing the tower to steal instead of confessing his intentions of love.
