Land of Storms

The story follows Lena, who mysteriously disappears during the winter of 1976. Her journey begins on New Year's Eve in 1957, leading to a search in Lisbon by Ningo, a boy raised by Lena's parents, who is tasked with finding her at her mother's request.

As Ningo delves into Lena's past through her letters, he uncovers the identity of her kidnapper, Jorge Matos, a former secret policeman with dark intentions. The narrative intertwines elements of folklore and ritual, culminating in the unexpected demise of the kidnapper, adhering to a childhood legend shared by Lena and Ningo.
